Our Story

Our Neapolitan wood fired pizza is not only delicious and hearty, but healthy too. With our homemade dough and a commitment to only the finest ingredients, we take pride in every pizza we make. Each il Forno Vagabondo pizza is cooked in the Italian tradition in a wood fired oven at a temperature between 600 and 700 degrees, producing a perfect pizza with an unmistakable flavor.



After a twenty five year hiatus I’m returning to my real passion – FOOD. I’m never more content than when I am in the kitchen preparing and cooking delicious meals, with a glass of red not far away. When the opportunity presented itself to purchase il Forno Vagabondo I did not hesitate.
